At first I was trying to look into eye surgery and liposuction separately, so after researching that, I came here for a consultation because I heard this place specializes in lower-face liposuction. The manager was kind and the doctor was kind too, but.. I’m a little bothered by the claim in the reviews that it doesn't have any effect, since it's a different procedure though.
