The staff were kind when I visited ...(They were kind on the phone when I booked too..) I didn't get to meet the doctor. There was no pressure to book, but I definitely got the impression that the price was higher than elsewhere... I took a taxi all the way to Cheongdam looking for it, but it didn't lead to a reservation. Anyway, I thought it was more expensive than other places.
