I went for a breast-surgery consultation. The doctor spoke directly and only said what was necessary, which actually made me trust him. However, I was told that surgery had to be done only with the expensive Motiva Preservé method, but when I asked why, I did not receive a convincing, specific explanation. Since I was being recommended an expensive method without understanding why it was essential for my condition, I wondered whether it was being recommended because it cost more. During the consultation with the manager, there was some pressure to hurry and book, and the response felt very unfriendly. Even when I asked questions, I repeatedly received answers like “It depends each time” and “It differs from person to person,” so my questions were not sufficiently answered. I would have preferred specific answers about the surgery rather than small talk about where I live or the weather.
