I went because my friend had her first rhinoplasty with [Doctor A], and it has looked natural for ten years. I was reluctant to use silicone implants and had experienced inflammation before, so they recommended a dermal graft. It would raise the bridge using autologous dermis from the buttocks, but I was concerned about the high absorption rate and whether the shape would be maintained, so I only had a consultation. The doctor was kind and seemed knowledgeable, telling me to ask anything I did not know!! However, perhaps because this would be revision surgery, the price was high
