What I am most satisfied with is that my impression and facial proportions changed naturally after cheekbone surgery. The symmetry is good, and my lateral cheekbones look less prominent. My face looks narrower from the front. I was worried that doing only the cheekbones might make me look odd, but thankfully they designed it according to my proportions and only improved the angular impression. Looking at the before-and-after photos, I have really noticed how subtly prominent bones can make an impression look stronger. Since the front, 45-degree, and side views all connect naturally, I look softer. I said I did not want it to look too obvious, and thankfully people around me say my impression seems different or ask whether I lost weight, so I am satisfied. I have been taking many photos lately, and my face looks less wide in photos, which I like. It has also improved my quality of life because I no longer need to fuss with letting side bangs down whenever I tie my hair. I guess it had been a subtle source of stress.
