I got arm liposuction. At first the director said I wouldn't be able to get bone-like thin arms, and in the end I really couldn't. I'm not dissatisfied with the surgery, though; I'm fairly satisfied. I'd say I'm satisfied with the line/shape to that extent. If you remove too much fat in the first place, it can get lumpy. I'm reasonably satisfied.
