Review

I consulted Dr. Shin In-su to lower my natural double-eyelid line. The wait time wasn't too long, which was nice, and the doctor was kind, so that was good. I also liked the surgical method, so overall it was good. However, when I had the consultation about cost, the manager was a little cold, which was scary. Of course, I understand that it can be exhausting as a job where you deal with many customers.

The hospital facilities are large and famous, so the doctor seemed extremely busy However, the manager was kind and showed a very attentive attitude. Whenever I had questions after the consultation, they answered kindly and directly.
