It's about a 5-minute walk from Sinsa Station, the wait was short, and I could be seen right at my appointment time, which was nice. I liked that during the consultation with the director, they repeatedly explained things and gave professional details, and kept re-establishing the line several times. But when I told them the points I wanted to improve and the direction I wanted for the line, they shut me down and said it was just their own opinion, so it became hard to keep talking about the improvements or the line I wanted. That part was very disappointing.
