First of all, the waiting time was so long I went at my reserved time, but maybe because the surgery ran late, I waited almost an hour in the consultation room just for the director's consultation. It felt like I was being left alone... but I can accept the wait, I guess. The consultation itself was very kind and thorough while looking at my nose CT. They didn't recommend unnecessary things and shaped things to suit my face. My eyes were also for revision surgery, but since I didn't want a very high line, they set the line at the height I wanted. I also wanted to improve the asymmetry of my eyes, but they said that was a problem with the bone structure, so it couldn't be helped, so I didn't make a final surgery decision (other hospitals had said they could at least improve it to the point of matching symmetry pretty closely). The consultation manager was also friendly and seemed professional. If the surgery could have improved what I wanted, I would have done it here!
