Both the doctor and the director were kind. They answered the questions I asked with genuine care. The consultation went director -> doctor -> director. The doctor was the one who talked about the actual surgery, which made me feel reassured. However, there's a comment saying he can be a bit snarky sometimes, and I 100% agree. He seemed very confident, so he didn't come across as very serious. More than anything, he strongly and confidently recommended eye correction, so I'm thinking about it a lot.
