Many people say the doctor is prickly, but I did not particularly feel that. Rather, one of the two staff members—at the reception or information desk?—was incredibly unwilling to work, or whatever; they were just extremely curt. Maybe they were tired from the flood of appointments… Anyway. When I asked about appointments, they said weekday appointments were available on the 1st and 16th. I thought they did not accept weekend appointments at all, but I called the previous Saturday to check and was able to book one. I found out by reading a consultation review. The staff only answered what I asked and did not tell me this… absurd. If I were the doctor, I would fire them. Anyway, I called on Saturday and managed to book an appointment. The doctor's consultation was good. But they shifted the surgical risks onto the patient. They said the doctor is extremely meticulous and kind in the operating room, and that they would perform surgery if I could accept the risks. Since they said the doctor was meticulous in the operating room, I said okay, but while researching further… well, forget it. I did not book the surgery.
