The doctor explained for longer than I expected, but they seemed to prefer autologous costal cartilage or donor rib cartilage. Most of the reviews did not mention septal cartilage, and other clinics all said my septum was firm, but only here did they say that although my septum was large, it might be weak. Then, after feeling it, they said it seemed fine because it was firm. Even so, they guided me toward autologous costal cartilage.. It made me wonder whether they do not perform many septal cartilage procedures or lack confidence in them. Also, this seems like a glamorous-style clinic, since the review photos only show noses. As someone who wants a natural result, I feel it would become too glamorous, so I will pass. I arrived exactly on time but still waited an hour and a half.. My butt hurt.
