I had two eye surgeries here in 2018. The first time I just did it because a friend had gotten it done, and I was dissatisfied, so I had it done again, but both surgeries were performed by different surgeons. The reason was that the doctor who did the first surgery had moved somewhere else. It was probably a pay doctor arrangement.. Neither of them was the chief director, and since I had already had a lot of eye surgeries, I was worried that touching it any more would leave a scar, so I ended up stopping there.. I don't really recommend it.
