Especially the careful follow-up checks after surgery and the way they kept checking on the patient's satisfaction all the way through made me feel it was a clinic I could trust and leave myself in their hands. Even if there was something I wasn't fully satisfied with, the fact that they listened made me trust them, so I even recommended them to a friend who is deliberating about double eyelid surgery.
