I consulted with Dr. Yoon Hong-sang. He was very thorough and didn't recommend anything unnecessary or excessive, so I left the consultation feeling at ease. Afterward I searched around and it seems there are somewhat mixed evaluations about the results, so I'm planning to think about it a bit more.
