The consultation itself was really well handled by the office manager; she was kind too. But the director seemed to pay no attention at all when consulting, enough that the manager said first that our doctor is a bit proud of their skill and can seem arrogant. Then they pushed the deposit really hard. Still, I liked the reviews, so I put down a deposit and left, but after I got home and looked up more reviews, I saw posts about botched surgeries and rude responses. I asked to cancel the deposit, and the way they handled it was extremely rude; the refund was also very difficult and complicated. When I asked to cancel, I even got lectured about how I shouldn’t live my life like that lol. A place that really sees customers as nothing but money.
