My consultation was scheduled for 11 o'clock, but I went 20 minutes early, and the doctor came in exactly at 11 so there was no waiting at all. They only gave me the essential parts of the consultation. The doctor spoke quickly, but answered my questions thoroughly and explained things in detail. The staff were kind too. But for a case like mine, they said I would need a forehead lift, and I was a bit scared, so I couldn't make a decision...
