I got a consultation for surgery here a few years ago, and I remember they honestly told me my face was difficult and a bit ambiguous, so it would be hard. When I heard that I was like, ah... I see... and accepted it right away Honestly, even if I'd gone to another hospital, I think I would've heard the same reaction (that my face is difficult and ambiguous), so I wasn't that shocked. But really, plastic surgery feels like it's ultimately your own choice.
