I made a reservation and visited, but I had to wait a bit. I figured it was because the hospital has so many patients, but I was a little anxious because I had another clinic appointment coming up. I only did a brief check with the consultation manager and then had the consultation with the doctor, which I found reassuring. They explained the surgical process and the changes after surgery in detail, and I appreciated that. The fact that the hospital seemed so busy actually ended up working against it for me, and I remember choosing another hospital instead.
