I had a dermatology consultation for removing an eyeliner tattoo, but it didn't come off at all. The doctor was kind, but I don't know if they just didn't have the skill. They say you usually need three or four sessions to remove it, but it hurt too much so I gave up. I'm searching for somewhere in Seoul to do it again.
