I visited after making a reservation, but because the director was in surgery, I had to wait about 30 minutes. The consultation felt comfortable, and they set the line, said I also needed eye correction, and recommended full incision. They seemed to understand what direction I wanted and tried to match it as much as possible. After leaving the director's office, I got a brief explanation at the desk and that was it.
