They showed patient photos during the consultation. The director was unbelievably kind, which I liked. I was recommended full-incision double-eyelid surgery and ptosis correction, and when I said I didn't want ptosis correction, they said they would make it very mild. Out of all the places I went to up to that point, they were the kindest, and they also explained the surgery method well.
