I said in the consultation that I wanted a rib-like dermis graft for the submalar area too, and because my nose was so short, they said to do the nose first with a dermis graft and then do the submalar area later. When I told them the part I wanted to improve, they were very honest and said that if I was considering nose surgery because of that, I should think about it again, and it became a chance for me to reconsider.
