On the phone consultation they acted like they would take care of everything, but when I actually went in for an in-person consultation, I remember it being disappointing.

I had double eyelid surgery, epicanthoplasty, and eye correction here. It was incredibly expensive, the scar is severe, and even though it was an incision method, one eye came undone, so I had it redone a year later. The epicanthoplasty… While having double eyelid surgery, the anesthesia wore off and I complained about the pain, but they kept going ugh, worst I only had the front canthoplasty... I got scolded for twitching my eye because the anesthesia didn't work, while undergoing surgery. It's been over 10 years, but the canthoplasty is uneven and they couldn't define the line near the front… The worst clinic: one thing in front, another behind. They don't care at all about aftercare; you have to handle everything yourself. And after surgery, they treat patients like street vendors and ignore them, even making… I went for a consultation here, and it felt like the consultation manager kept urging me to go ahead, and the doctor seemed kind of perfunctory too..
