I had rhinoplasty for a bulbous nose using the septum, and while the tip did become higher, it ended up looking pinched As time passed, my nose also deviated, and asymmetry developed. It's a large hospital, so the facilities are good, but the waiting time was extremely long. The staff were also very mechanical.
