It was a very professional consultation. However, while I was being consulted, my X-ray and CT got swapped with someone else's, so I had to get the consultation again... I felt the director was very trustworthy, transparent, and ethical. He clearly said no when something couldn’t be done, which broke my heart.. Still, the aftercare is unlimited and I felt a lot of trust! The only downside is that it was way too expensive
