I was told this place specializes in extremely difficult nose cases, so I went. I've already had nose surgery twice and my nose is in a bad state, and both my money and my mind are worn out, so I came for a consultation clutching at straws. The director gave me a really thorough consultation for about 40 minutes, and said my nose would need a low silicone implant and autologous rib cartilage. Up to now I've only wanted to avoid implants, but after hearing the explanation I finally understood why things had gone wrong until now.. If I get annual leave, I might have surgery here
