It seems the director's skills are good, but the staff are not great. They're neither kind nor rude, but it feels like AI. The consultation isn't very professional either. They don't seem to know much and it's just mechanical consultation, like reciting memorized lines. I keep going because I trust only the director, but the clinic is so busy that even if I want to ask something about the procedure, I absolutely can't ask. Right after the procedure, they almost fly off to do the next one..
