I've been to a lot of consultations, but I've never seen a director this damn rude. I went in for a contouring consultation and he didn't just criticize my eyes, he kept sighing and shaking his head, and even after the consultation he told the staff that a difficult case had come in, loud enough for everyone to hear, the whole time talking amongst themselves lol. I cried in the elevator on the way down after going to the consultation here.
