The front desk staff was really kind. Just like I heard in the reviews, the doctor was not the type to push surgery recklessly! He recommended losing weight and getting facial liposuction. I don't know what it would have been like at another hospital, and doctors may have different opinions, but seeing that he even discouraged it, I felt this probably isn't a case that would improve with contouring surgery. The clinic interior was clean, and I finished the consultation without any discomfort.
