The consultation manager was super nice, but the people on the first floor were kind of off. The doctor seemed to have his own convictions, which I liked, and it was a place I kept debating with another hospital until the very end. Looking back now, the fact that there aren't any words I specifically remember in my head means it probably wasn't bad enough to regret. Oh, one thing I do remember: they said if I told them by today, I'd get that price.
