They said the director's style pursues naturalness and has a firm, decisive feel, but when I actually went for the consultation, she was really gentle and explained everything well. Actually, I had gone with a friend for a consultation before they moved, and the clinic location was different, and the current clinic was smaller than I expected. Still, the director was the same, so that was fine~ All the staff were so kind.
