The director seemed kind, unlike what I had heard. The manager was kind as rumored, and because the hospital was dark, it felt small. There was no pressure to pay a deposit, and they told me to book surgery after visiting other hospitals, but I just made the reservation that day. I hope it turns out pretty and well.
