They don't do anything like an ultrasound to see how much fat you have. The director just touches the fat area by hand and tells you how much can be removed. I asked whether I needed to do the upper arms, accessory breast tissue, and bra line all together, and they explained how it would look if I did the accessory breast tissue and bra line and how it would look if I didn't, so I understood. The consultation wasn't long.
