I felt it was an honest consultation, with no overtreatment. The director seems serious and professional. Because it's not a large chain, it doesn't feel chaotic, and it seems like they would take good care of you. They showed a lot of before-and-after photos, but it seems like they have a particular surgical style they prefer, so I'm still thinking about whether it will suit me.
