Review

Consultation went in the order of manager - director - manager. The manager first looked at my eyes and made a diagnosis, and then I saw the chart they wrote before getting an additional consultation with the director, which made me a bit puzzled. Still, they consulted kindly. It seems like they try to reflect the patient’s needs as much as possible. When showing similar cases, they searched by the patient’s name, which increased my trust. But I probably won’t get surgery.
