The coordinators were appropriately kind and only as helpful as necessary, with no pressure to make an appointment or excessive sales tactics. I also liked that I did not have to wait long compared with other clinics. I filled out the medical questionnaire and waited about five minutes. The consultation with the doctor was not very long, but I sensed a certain confidence...? I am having revision surgery, so I still have my existing crease, and the doctor said it would be better to follow the existing line. I would have liked a recommendation if there were a more attractive line, but I could not tell whether this really was the best option or whether they just wanted to move on quickly... haha. What reassured me most was that they perform only four surgeries a day. The doctor seemed very calm and straightforward, which gave me a vague sense of trust!!
