I'm not sure if all the staff were rude, but sometimes it felt like they were trying to size me up, haha. The Hi-Ko lasted about 3 months and I was satisfied, but after the contour injection, one side of my face became paralyzed. They gave me one free massage-like session, and recovery took a month. I was really scared because I thought it wasn't going to come back at all
