I had a consultation for revision surgery, and the doctor looked at my nose and said, with pity, how on earth did they make it like this, and empathized with how I felt, which was nice. The director was also extremely kind and explained everything in detail. They didn't recommend unnecessary cosmetic procedures. That part was good!!
