This was the hospital where the consultation took the longest among all the hospitals I went to. That meant they really looked carefully and explained things in an easy way that matched my level, so it felt like I was studying during the consultation haha The director seemed very confident. The manager felt like my older sister and was really kind too. However, even though it was my first surgery, they said I had to use donated rib cartilage, and that bothered me.
