Maybe the director was tired, because I went expecting a good consultation after reading the reviews, but they didn’t spend long with me. I only wanted the tip of my nose done, but the director seemed to have a shape they wanted, so it didn’t suit me. In fact, I spent more time talking with the manager, and she was kinder.
