I was thinking about my first-ever plastic surgery, and this was the first hospital I visited. I went there knowing absolutely nothing, but they combined an easy-to-understand explanation with a professional explanation, so I felt a great deal of trust. I also liked that they carefully checked whether there were any other things I was curious about.
