The director explained things in detail for a long time. He recommended no implant, and said I should think of nose surgery as the last one, and warned that if I did osteotomy plus silicone for the hump, there would be a risk of inflammation.. I ended up getting silicone at another hospital, but now I regret it. I regret not doing it at Siu. They seemed to value safety, and they emphasized a natural style, especially the importance of the nose tip, and now that I've had surgery I understand why they said the tip was important... The counseling manager also explained everything very thoroughly and at length.
