I consulted with the doctor for about 30 minutes, and they answered everything kindly when I asked. The consultation manager was also kind. Overall, I liked that it felt trustworthy and professional. However, it was a bit expensive, and the procedure was different from what I wanted, so I think I'll need to think about it a little more.
