First of all, among the places I visited in person, communication with the doctor was the best, and they were the only ones who showed me photos of cases similar to mine. Unlike doctors who just say they’re confident no matter what, they spoke honestly, which actually made me trust them more. They also clearly made me understand the risks of the surgery I’m planning. The consultation with the director was also very professional, so all my questions were answered, and I was absolutely never pushed into leaving a deposit, which I really liked. I’ve set a surgery date, and if I think of anything before then, I’ll keep asking and check everything carefully too, and on the morning of the surgery I plan to consult again before going in.
