The director met with me and was extremely kind and thorough during the consultation. This was definitely not the kind of consultation where you never even see the doctor’s face and just leave after talking to the manager. There was also no separate consultation fee. The staff were a little unfriendly. I had buried double eyelid surgery done 10 years ago, but it came undone again, so I had a lot of worries. At other clinics, everyone only recommended partial incision and both eyes, but only this director listened to everything I had to say and told me it was fine to proceed if I only wanted one eye. It felt like a psychiatric consultation, in the sense that they listened enough to what I wanted and tried to reflect it as much as possible.
