I visited to have a spot on my neck removed. Even with a reservation, it seemed like I waited about 20 minutes. The staff and manager were very kind, and the place was spacious and clean. It was crowded and had that factory-style dermatology clinic feel. When I consulted with the manager, I was told that a congenital nevus could not be treated, so I went back. But when I consulted another dermatologist, I was told that it was not a congenital nevus but a café-au-lait spot. It really felt like a factory-style dermatology clinic, so I think it would be good for simple procedures like laser hair removal during events.
