The doctor was kind and the consultation manager was pretty and kind too. But there were too many people, and you could feel that it was a factory-style system. The doctor is on the younger side and emphasizes the number of surgeries they've done to say they're good, but I don't think you should be swayed by that kind of talk. Since there are several directors, choose carefully!
