Consultation is handled only with the doctor, and the coordinator only talks about the price at the very end. The doctor checks everything with a pinch test and ultrasound and tells you honestly how thick it is and whether it'll work or not. I liked that they honestly told me about the necessary parts outside the area I wanted to have treated, as well as the unnecessary parts.
