I got a consultation for ptosis correction, upper canthoplasty, and lower canthoplasty as well. They said doing all three at once could change the impression a lot, but the overall explanation felt like it moved along too quickly. There wasn't much time spent structurally explaining what each surgery does. They briefly checked my eye-opening strength, but there wasn't a very detailed basis for whether I really needed ptosis correction. There was also no deep explanation of the possibility of over-opening or the scar location when doing upper and lower canthoplasty together. The design process was short, and there was no separate detailed simulation. The consultation atmosphere wasn't uncomfortable, but it didn't feel like I had clearly sorted out exactly which surgery my eyes truly needed. The cost explanation came fairly quickly. I was left with doubts about deciding right away, and I felt it would be better to get another consultation at a different hospital.
